Returns and Refunds
Shipping, Return & REFUND Policy
Solo Skin London will accept returns and refunds on unopened and unused products within 14 days of delivery date. Solo Skin London will not be acceptable for postage costs for the return and will be the buyers responsibility. If products are returned damaged, refunds will not be processed. Please ensure product is secure and in suitable packaging to avoid breakages.
If any of our products are received damaged please to contact Solo Skin London as soon as possible either via the contact us page or by emailing firstname.lastname@example.org. We will look at the circumstances individually for any damaged goods, please report the damages within 2 days of receiving your products. Any costs for shipping for any damaged products will be reimbursed, on the basis that it is a royal mail signed for delivery. Please keep the tracking number for your reference.
Solo Skin London only use 1st and 2nd class SIGNED for delivery. As soon as we dispatch your items out to Royal Mail it is then out of our hands. We use the tracking reference number to determine each situation.
If you have not received your parcel and the tracking number states that it is delivered, you will need to take this to Royal Mail and make a claim. You can do this via the Royal Mail website here.
