Shipping, Return & REFUND Policy


Solo Skin London will NOT accept any returned items, if a product has been damaged see below policy.

Damaged products

If any of our products* are received damaged please to contact Solo Skin London as soon as possible either via the contact us page or by emailing We will look at the circumstances individually for any damaged products, please report the damages within 2 days of receiving your products and provide evidence by taking a photo. We will not be able to investigate unless we have evidence. Any costs for shipping for any damaged products will be reimbursed, on the basis that it is a royal mail/MyHermes signed for delivery. Please keep the tracking number for your reference.

Lost Shipping

Solo Skin London only use 1st and 2nd class SIGNED for delivery. As soon as we dispatch your items out to Royal Mail/MyHermes it is then out of our hands. We use the tracking reference number to determine each situation.

If you have not received your parcel and the tracking number states that it is delivered, you will need to take this to Royal Mail/MyHermes and make a claim. You can do this via the Royal Mail/MyHermes website.


If you have taken the option to use the free delivery, please be advised that no tracking will be available on this. Any lost parcels will need to be claimed via the Couriers claim notification.

Busy Periods

During busy peak periods, (Black Friday, cyber Monday, Christmas etc), your parcels can take up to a week to dispatch.


To get your parcels out to you as soon as possible, there may be a change in carrier. This may be between Royal Mail or MyHermes. Whilst you may have selected Royal Mail, please note that MyHermes can be used. There is no price difference for using different service providers.
